Tasty breakfast with good coffee. Kettle and cups in room for tea and coffee.
Rooms cramped with a tiny window. Small toilet space restricts movement. Noise from adjacent rooms can be bothersome.

Outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff and plentiful breakfast.
Clean and quirky hotel, beautiful location in the nearby park. The breakfast with soft boiled eggs. Location just off the city center and the bus stop. Public parking nearby provided. The friendly check-in. Very nice experience there.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main market and key sightseeing spots, great to easily explore Bruges on foot.
The luggage drop-off instructions were a bit unclear, and we initially struggled to find suitable parking options nearby.

We stayed in a family room which was two bedrooms adjoined by a bathroom all well appointed and clean. The hotel is very near old town and all the main tourist sights and the restaurant recommendations made by the hotel staff were excellent. No complaints.

The location was good for the station and close to the centre of the city and all the attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to find information for us. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items. Our room was very clean and comfortable and although it was at the front of the hotel opposite the bus station we did not find that it was too noisy.
The only thing that we missed was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

great location but some challenges with stairs
The hotel is ideally located just a short stroll from the heart of the city. The breakfast offered fresh and delicious options! The view from my room showcased a charming city sight that added to the experience.
The stairs were quite steep and narrow, which could be a bit daunting for travelers with heavy luggage.

The staff were very friendly and the owner at breakfast was attentive, courteous and really cared whether we were comfortable and well fed!
My friends did mention that the buses in the morning could be quite noisy - not anything that Hotel Albert could do but if you are a light sleeper perhaps a room at the back of the hotel (like we had) could be provided!

Nice breakfast and short walking distance to the centre of town. No noise from traffic. English peaking films n tv was a bonus.
